Casuarina McKinney-Lambert
Executive director, Bahamas Reef Environment Educational Foundation (BREEF)
Casuarina, from Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera, Bahamas, is dedicated to marine conservation and community sustainability. Educated at UWC Atlantic and Duke University, she studied mangroves and wetlands in The Bahamas. She taught at Cape Eleuthera Island School and joined BREEF. A founding board member of the One Eleuthera Foundation, she also serves on several national committees. A Divemaster and sailor, Casuarina has represented The Bahamas internationally.

Marc Palahi
CEO of the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance
Marc is an internationally recognized expert on forests, circular bioeconomy, and global change, with over two decades of experience in leading scientific initiatives, including serving as the director of the European Forest Institute. He played a pivotal role in advancing the Institute as a pan-European scientific policy platform and promoting the integration of knowledge into actionable initiatives at the intersection of science, policy, and business. Marc has made substantial contributions to the scientific community, contributing and co-authoring over 40 scientific publications. In addition to his new role, as Chief Nature Officer at Lombard Odier Investment Managers, Marc will continue to lead the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance, established in 2020 by His Majesty King Charles III (formerly His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales).

Uyunkar Domingo Peas
President of the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance
Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance
Uyunkar Domingo Peas is an Achuar leader from Ecuador with a 30-year history of serving the Indigenous movement. Currently Domingo is the President of the governing board for the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance and affiliated with the Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of the Ecuadorian Amazon (CONFENIAE), which represents 11 Indigenous nationalities from the Ecuadorian Amazon. Most recently Domingo co-founded the Indigenous leadership program called Living Amazon School (Escuela Viva Amazonica, EVA) which was inaugurated in March 2023 with 35 students from the 11 Indigenous nations of Ecuador. Domingo is also a co-founder of the organization Achuar Nation of Ecuador (NAE) and served as its director of communication from 2000-2003. He served as the Vice-President of CONFENIAE from 1993-1996. He is the founder of the Achuar community of Sharamentsa and helped to create their successful community tourism project. He is one of the co-founders of the Achuar binational organization COBNAEP, uniting the Indigenous nations of Ecuador and Peru.

Olivia Bisa
President of the Chapra Nation and Board Member of the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance
Olivia Bisa Tirko is descendant of Chapra, Wampís and Achuar families. She is currently president of the Autonomous Territorial Government of the Chapra Nation (GTANCH) in Peru. At 34 years of age, she has a degree in Sociology at the Simón Bolívar Andean University of Ecuador and received a scholarship to study a master's degree in Human Rights, Indigenous Populations and International Cooperation at the Carlos III University of Spain. This training process has been crucial for her to assume leadership as one of the first women leaders of a Peruvian Amazonian Indigenous organization. Olivia is currently studying Law and Political Science at the Technological University of Peru in Lima, to strengthen her skills in the path of governance of her nation, one of the first Amazonian governments. Olivia is a member of the board of directors of the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance. Her nation has been actively organizing to address health and environmental impacts of existing oil drilling on her people as well as to stop a new oil project that affects her people (oil block 64).

Fany Kuiru
General Coordinator of the Coordinator of Indigenous Organizations of the Amazon River Basin
Fany Kuiru was born in La Chorrera, Amazonas, in Colombia. Atossa Soltani
Director of Global Strategy of the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance
Atossa Soltani is the director of global strategy for the Amazon Sacred Headwaters Alliance, an alliance of 30 Indigenous nations in Ecuador and Peru working to permanently protect 86 million acres of rainforests in one of the most biologically diverse ecosystems on Earth. She is also the founder and board president of Amazon Watch and served as the organization’s first executive director for 18 years. In response to the Amazon fires in 2019, Atossa helped co-found Artists for Amazonia to catalyze global action for the Amazon. In recognition for her life’s work as rainforests and Indigenous rights campaigner, Atossa was named the Hillary Institute’s 2013 Global Laureate for Climate Leadership. Atossa is also a member and contributing author to the Science Panel for the Amazon. Atossa is currently serving as a judge for the XPrize Rainforest competition for novel technologies that can expedite the monitoring of tropical biodiversity.

Dr Guy Hayward is the Director of the British Pilgrimage Trust, which he co-founded in 2014 to promote the practice of 'bring your own beliefs' pilgrimage in Britain. He has been leading guided pilgrimages since 2016 and has been interviewed about modern pilgrimage for Netflix, BBC2‘s 'Pilgrimage' TV series and Channel 4’s 'Britain’s Ancient Tracks', contributes to Radio 4 and writes for the national media. Guy completed a PhD at Cambridge on how singing forms community, co-founded the Choral Evensong Trust with Rupert Sheldrake to promote Britain's sacred choral tradition, and is half of comedy singing double act Bounder & Cad.

Ben Goldsmith is a British financier, philanthropist and environmentalist who has been at the forefront of campaigns for more rewilding in Britain and Europe. He founded and chairs Conservation Collective, a leading nature restoration charity supporting 20 locally-focused foundations around the world. Ben is the Chief Executive Officer of Menhaden, a London-listed, sustainability-themed investment company and also a Trustee of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), one of the world’s largest climate change focused philanthropic funds. Ben served from 2018 until 2022 as a Non-Executive Director of the UK Government’s Department of Food, Environment and Rural Affairs.

Managing Director, the Thousand Year Trust
Merlin Hanbury-Tenison is a Cornish conservationist and veteran who founded and runs The Thousand Year Trust, Britain’s rainforest charity. The charity’s mission is to catalyse the movement to triple Britain’s rainforest cover to one million acres in the next thirty years. His work has been featured in National Geographic, the Guardian and on the BBC. Merlin lives in a rainforest in Cornwall with his wife Lizzie, an entrepreneur and business leader, and their two young daughters

Recognised for her environmental leadership potential, Lizzy was selected for the 2023 Homeward Bound Women in STEMM leadership programme among 114 global participants.

Nuriya Shoro
Head of Operations Expert at Earth Minutes
Nuriya Shoro is the Head of Operations at Earth Minutes, a youth-led collective of researchers and creatives specialising in environmental communications. Nuriya began her career in the advertising industry, but realised there was a distinct lack of interest from industry leaders when it came to using the power of communication to tackle climate and social justice issues. With this realisation, Nuriya made a career shift to work within the environmental sector, starting in the Corporate Partnerships team at WWF and recently joining the team at Earth Minutes. With a passion for climate and social justice, Nuriya represents a new generation dedicating their careers to tackling climate and social justice issues.

Ellen Jackowski is Chief Sustainability Officer at Mastercard, where she is spearheading the integration of the company’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy into the organization and throughout its value chain. As part of this work, she is driving climate leadership for Mastercard-wide programs and commitments, such as reaching net-zero emissions by 2040, accelerating the company’s impact in driving sustainable choices across the value chain, and advancing inclusive climate action. Mastercard’s ESG efforts, established more than a decade ago, are rooted in a belief of doing well by doing good in order to have true impact and enable both people and the planet to thrive. Previously, Ellen served as Chief Impact Officer and Head of Sustainable Impact at HP. Her global team developed and delivered a wide range of programs focused on climate action, human rights and digital equity. Earlier in her career, she served in several management and consulting roles. As the co-founder and co-CEO of Library of Things, she champions the circular economy, striving to help people share more and buy less for the benefit of both people and the planet. Every year, 1.8 million tonnes of electrical products are bought, with 80% used less than once a month. Sophia’s mission addresses this wasteful consumption by promoting sharing to reduce environmental impact. Over the past year in London, Library of Things has successfully prevented 150 tonnes of waste from reaching landfills, signaling a promising start. Under Sophia’s leadership, this movement has gained global traction, with branches from Sydney to Saskatoon. An award-winning tech-for-good leader and service designer, Sophia's influential work has been showcased at the World Economic Forum, UN, BBC, Guardian, and Forbes. She is committed to designing businesses and movements that are truly regenerative.

Coco Baraer Panazza, a French/Italian entrepreneur in London, leads MYWARDROBE HQ as CEO post-merger with CERCLE, a luxury fashion rental and resale platform. With a decade in the industry, she emphasises customer experience, strategy, and B2B partnerships. Previously, Coco facilitated US market entry for emerging designers, expanded a luxury shoe brand across EU and Asia, and formed partnerships with renowned brands like Estee Lauder and LVMH at Quintessentially. Her recent Harvard Business School course on Sustainable Business Strategy aligns with MWHQ's sustainability ethos. With $3.7 million funding, MWHQ under Coco's leadership aims for global expansion, enhancing luxury rental and resale experiences.

Will Butler-Adams
Chief Executive Officer, Brompton Bicycle Ltd
Will joined Brompton in 2002, became a director in 2006, and took over as MD in 2008 and in this time has grown the company from £2mil turnover with 27 staff to £90 mil turnover with over 800 staff. We create urban freedom for happier lives. Brompton exports over 75% of its bikes to 47 countries through 1600 independent bike stores. They distribute in 19 countries, supported by 10 of their own flagship stores. In 2023 Brompton rolled the one millionth Brompton off the production line and it went on a tour around the world, a momentous moment for Brompton and all those riding one across the globe. Will is a Chartered Engineer with an honorary Doctorate from Imperial College London and a visiting lecturer and has led expeditions down the Amazon and up a 7,000m peak. He is a pilot and even grows his own vegetables and produces his own honey.

CoFounder A Plastic Planet, PlasticFree and Plastic Health Council
Sian Sutherland, Co-founder of A Plastic Planet, is a multi-award-winning serial entrepreneur passionate about igniting social change. She has a diverse background in advertising, skincare, restaurants, film, and brand creation. In 2017, she co-founded A Plastic Planet to combat plastic waste, launching PlasticFree in 2023 to help designers innovate. Sian also supports mental health research, partners with EXO Institute, and serves on the Roots for Peace board.

Throughout her career at Microsoft, Eve Joseph has embraced numerous challenges, continually enhancing her capabilities and expertise. With strong communication skills, she prioritizes both customers and employees, ensuring a steadfast commitment to their needs.
