Natalie Munk
Founder & CEO - Kaylo
Join Founder & CEO of Kaylo, Natalie Munk, as she shares her 20-year journey from being a patient in the medical world, to becoming her own healer. Natalie’s journey began in childhood when, impeded by acute dyslexia, ADHD and severe speech difficulties, she discovered both solace and survival skills in nature. It was in nature that Natalie found a sense of safety, freedom and acceptance. With the trees, lakes, oceans and animals for company, there was no need to speak, read or write – instead, she could sing, dance, breathe and meditate, move intuitively with her body and the world around her. She felt whole; at peace; at one with the earth. The outdoors became a powerful force of healing for Natalie as she went on to suffer a 20-year battle with her health, experiencing multiple surgeries, autoimmune disease and chronic illness. Nature enabled her to reconnect with her authentic self and heal from the inside out.
